Logotherapy has helped me break free from old patterns of thoughts and behaviours. It has also given me new ways to answer for my own life by detecting the meaning of the moment and assuming my responsibility for living a meaningful authentic life.
My logotherapy training has given me both "the tools for change" and the possibility to develop new opportunities for finding my own personal meaning in my daily healing profession and striving to achieve my highest potential.
I intend to continue to learn and apply logotherapy techniques in my clinical practice, teaching and supervision of interns. I will also continue to take great pride in expanding Logotherapy throughout South Africa and possibly in Australia.
Qualifications
- BA (HONS), DIP ED (EDINBURGH), DIP REM ED, MA. Clinical Psychology (WITS)
- Graduated M.A. Clinical Psychology 1989 University of Witwatersrand. Thesis title: Locus of control, Self Concept and Academic Achievement in South African Primary School children.
