Elma Bartlett is a clinical social worker and logotherapist with more than 25 years of extensive experience in individual, group, marital, family, trauma, bereavement, and personal growth therapy. She's also involved in various employee assistance programmes. She focuses mainly on relationships, trauma and loss; enabling people to find meaning in difficult situations and times of loss.
She believes that people are able to rise above pain and suffering. She also conducts group therapy sessions which focus on finding meaning and purpose. Currently she is involved in research with women in midlife.
